Pamper evening: Christmas Eve

Every Christmas Eve I think it's important to treat yourself and pamper yourself for hours, with your best skincare bits.

Hair// this section is first always, I start by brushing my hair and then wash my hair with the percy and reed volumising shampoo and conditioner, and the I pop a moisturising hair mask in and for this i'm using the L'Oreal Paris Ever Riche nourishing intense mask, which if never used before so fingers crossed it's a good'un.

Skin// Now this is where I really like to treat myself, I start with a double cleanse using my Emma Hardie cleansing balm to start and then my origins cleansing milk to take any make up the balm may of missed. After that I like to use a mask or treatment I have two options for this, either the Super Facialist tea flower deep clean mask or the Biore Deep Cleansing Pore Strips, I went for the strips. After I take the pore strips off I move onto moisturising with my Make a Difference plus from Orgins and my Pai Rosehiop oil, along with a dab of eye cream from Una Brenan and a bit of Elizabeth Arden Eight Hour Cream on the lips.

Body// With this section I like to keep it simple with my Soap&Glory Scrub and a slab of my gingerbread body butter from the body shop (literally smells like heaven).

So thats how I'll be spending my Christmas even, how about you?

OOTD - leather pants

Hey Everyone! Me and my family went out for food the other night to celebrate my exam results, and I taught it would be a chance to style why latest Topshop buys which are the navy cami and cream blazer shown above.

You can't really tell in the picture above, however the pants I'm wearing are half leather and half legging material, from the Zara sale and I absolutely love them, I also wore them to my prom after party. Too add a little something to this outfit I added this lovely statement necklace I bought from Topshop. My shoes are my loafers/boat shoes from Dubarry, which I wear every were, because they are so comfy.

I hope you liked my outfit, I think its very simple but quite classy at the same time.

Summer lipgloss - Revlon Super Lustrous Lip Gloss

Follow my blog with Bloglovin

I have to admit I do love a bit of lip gloss action, so when my friend suggested this lip gloss I couldn't resist, especially as it is now summer time and the 'Kiss me Coral' colour, from the revlon super lustrous lip gloss line, is just perfect for summer.

If you're like me and your quite scared of wearing brights or don't think they suite you, then this lip gloss is perfect, because the sheer formula of this lipgloss lets you get away with this bright colour.

Swatch without flash

This lip gloss includes light reflecting particles which look lovely in the sun and also in any photographs.

The only problems I have found with this lipgloss is that it doesn't last very long through eating and that it can be a bit patchy to begin with, but once you build it up a little, it goes. I have also heard that it has a SPF of 15 which makes it a must for Summer.

Have you tried any of these yet?

Holiday treat

So recently I went on a little holiday treat with my friends (and my mum of course), to celebrate the end of our GCSE's and it was fabulous. We went to the lovely Greek island of Kos, it was incredibly hot and sunny, but I must say I have quite a decent tan (except for the bottom of my legs which are very patchy). So here's a few pics from the holiday.

We went on a lovely boat trip in the middle of the week, it was called the three island boat trip. The first island we visited only had one house and one church, so there wasn't many things to do, however the church was very small and interesting and best of all we had the opportunity to jump into the transparent sea, which was incredible. The second island we went to, was famous for discovering sponges and also there famous cake (which was absolutely stunning). So the last island we visited was called Pserimos, Which was picture perfect filled with little greek houses and little stalls.

My current perfume collection

Hey guys, so today I thought I would show you my current perfume collection.

Most of my perfumes are quite summery scents, but I don't really care I just wear the perfume that kind of goes with my feelings I'm not really one to change my scent according to the different seasons. I must warn you thought that I'm not the best at describing scents and this is only my personal opinion.

SJP NYC:

The bottle is very funky and smell is very light and feminine, perfect for daytime shopping or going out! The scent last's hours on and I have had a few comments while wearing this perfume. The only negative to this perfume is that after a couple of hours it needs re-applying. Very summery scent.

Flower Bomb - Victor and Rolf:

I got this as a Christmas presents two Christmases ago and have loved it ever since. It is slightly pricey so It's definitely not any everyday scent but it is a very nice one. It is packaged in a lovely bottle and box, very prettty and girly. The scent is very light, florally and perfect for spring and both day and night.

Butterfly - eau de toilette:

This perfume is a great size for just whacking in your bag and is once again is a nice long lasting scent. I think it's supposed to be a dupe for Daisy by Marc Jacobs from the look of the bigger bottles of this. I think the best way I can describe this is fruity and fresh this is probably my most warn perfume recently.

Believe - Britney spears:

The stunning bottle and fantastic fragrance makes Believe a winner for me. This is one of the best Britney Spears perfumes. . Believe is not as sweet or intense as fantasy (other britney spears perfumes) and it has a spicy element to it. The lasting power of Believe is incredible it lasts almost all day long.
Ed Hardy - Love Kills Slowly:

This is one of my favorite perfumes! It's great for summer. The scent smells so fruity, fresh, and delicious. It would fit any type of bubbly personality perfectly. I just wish it had better staying power. I really like the package design, because it's real;y different to anyone I have as it's slightly more edgy

Jack wills - Hope Cove:

This is super handy for the handbag. It's quite a sophisticated smell so it's not a everyday smell but is perfect for a night out. The only problem with this is that is leaks like mad you have to keep it up straight.

Zara Textures - Water Lily Fragrance:

This perfume is a lovely light, feminine and slightly musky scent, a lot of people say it’s an exact dupe for Miss Dior. Miss Dior according to the website “glides from the sharp charm of a fresh, fruity, citrus prelude into blossoming floral notes, then on to the noble elegance of patchouli, before finally concluding with musk” I would agree to this for the Zara perfume. The lasting power of this is really good, almost as good as a higher end perfume. The packaging is pretty simple but it dose the job.

Have you used any of these perfumes? What's your favourite perfume?

It's the little things...

So recently one of my close friends had her sixteenth birthday, so in celebration we had a sleepover and went out for a lovely meal. We did each others nails and make-up and we also had lots of little treats such as profiteroles (ymmm) and cupcakes (extra ymmm). I had an amazing time and I'm sure every body else did as well. Here are some photos of the sleepover and the meal....

The Girl's:

As I've said before I had a lovely night and I really enjoyed my self it made me realise that all these girls mean the world to me and that I'm very lucky and proud to have them as my friend. I know this is quite a small get together but it was so much fun and it was way better than any other type of 'party', as I said in the title it's the little things that are the best.

Hope you all had a lovely day,

Morganxx
